Rules

  1. General: One 8:45pm tourney played per week plus one live game, with 9-max table sizes, and 7.5k starting chip stacks. 10% bonus to starting stack if registered before 8:45pm
  2. Weekly Entry Fee: $80+$20. $20 goes to Final Table pot, regardless of QCS or non-QCS status.
  3. Bad Beat Pot: Everyone pays one $20 bad beat pot fee on their first week of playing.
  4. Regular Season Payouts: 50%-28%-14%-8% (<25 players); 47%-27%-14%-8%-4% (25+ players)
  5. Final Matrix Qualification: 15 or more games must be played to qualify.
  6. Final Table: One table of 9 players. Final Table consists of Top 8 in "QCS Rank" among qualifying players, and 1 Play-In Game winner. Entry fees are $10, $20, $30, etc. based on QCS Rank (1, 2, 3, etc). 10k starting chip stack.
  7. Play-In Game has 2 parts:
    (a) PIG Satellite: Open to all QCS Final Table-qualifying players ranked #12 or worse. $100/entry. Top 3 advance to Play-In Game, proceeds go to Final Table.
    8. (b) Play-In Game: Players ranked #9-11 in QCS Rank among qualifying players ($90/entry) + Top 3 from PIG Satellite (free entry). Winner goes to Final Table along with proceeds.
  8. Final Table Pot: The juicy sum of: (1) All $20 entries from season, (2) Both Play-in-game entry fees, (3) Final Table entry fees. Pot will be projected/tracked above the leaderboard.
  9. Payouts: Player of the Year (#1 in Matrix) wins $400 from Final Table pot. Final Table Top 3 win 60%-30%-10% of pot.

Fine Print

  1. Final QCS Rank: Weighted average of the following three ranks: All players ranked by Points (45% weight), Cash/GamesPlayed % (30% weight), and Money (25% weight).
  2. "Points" awarded per weekly tournament: 1st/2nd/3rd/4th = 12x/6x/5x/4x # of players, 5th/6th = 3x, 7th/8th/9th = 2x. Matrixbuster weeks are double points and money.
  3. "Cash/GP" = Top 5 finish in a tourney of 25+ players, Top 4 finish in a tourney of >12 players, or Top 3. "Cash/GP" = # of Cashes / # of games played.
  4. "Money" = Actual net money earned/lost in all weekly tournaments. Points may NOT be negotiated. In case of an even money chop, points will be split, unless players agree to play for the points.
  5. First tiebreaker for QCS Rank Final Table Placement is Average Place. Other Tiebreakers are Money/Points/Cash%, in that order.
  6. If the holder of an earned Final Table or PIG Seat must miss the game for any reason, they may sell/give it to anyone else in the QCS that played enough games to qualify for Final Table.
  7. Matrixbuster: Weeks 8, 16, and 24 ($160+$20 entry, Double Points, 10k starting chips).
